1. The service
FitCam shows you a live AI preview of how clothes from online stores might look on you, using your webcam. FitCam is currently in early access: features, limits and prices may change, and the service may sometimes be unavailable.
2. AI previews are not exact
Try-on results are generated by AI. They are a preview of style and colour, not a guarantee of size, fit, fabric or exact appearance. Always check the store's product details and size chart before buying. FitCam is not responsible for purchases you make on third-party stores.
3. Your account
You sign in with your Google account and are responsible for activity on your FitCam account. One free try-on is offered per person. Creating many accounts to get extra free try-ons is not allowed.
4. Acceptable use
- Use the camera features only on yourself, or on adults who have clearly agreed.
- Do not use FitCam to create sexual, offensive, misleading or harmful content, or content of children.
- Do not try to copy, reverse-engineer, overload or get around the limits of the service.
We may suspend accounts that break these rules.
5. Try-ons, packs and refunds
A try-on is used when a live AI session starts. If a session fails to start because of a problem on our side, the try-on is given back automatically. Paid packs, when launched, will be described at checkout together with their refund rules.
6. Third-party stores and brands
FitCam works on top of other websites such as online fashion stores. FitCam is independent and is not affiliated with or endorsed by those stores or brands. Product images and names belong to their owners. Some "Buy" links in FitCam may be affiliate links, which means we may earn a small commission at no extra cost to you; we will always label them.
7. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains what data we use and why.
8. Liability
FitCam is provided "as is". To the extent allowed by law, FitCam is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid FitCam in the 3 months before the claim.
9. Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Jaipur, Rajasthan will have jurisdiction.
