Delivery of try-on packs

When your payment succeeds, the try-ons are added to your FitCam account instantly (in rare cases within a few minutes). You can see them at the top of the FitCam web app and in the FitCam extension, after signing in with the same Google account.

If your try-ons don't appear

Refresh the page or sign out and in again. If they still don't appear after 30 minutes, email sachinkumarchahar567@gmail.com with your payment ID and we will add them or refund you. See our Refund Policy.
